How to grow your hair faster

         Grow Your Hair Out Strong
●First, start taking biotin. It's a B-vitamin (B7) that claims
to strengthen hair and nails. Data to support this claim is
weak, however, in my experience (and my friends'
experiences), it led to hair that breaks and falls out less.
(No more waking up to a pillow covered in hairs.) Take it
with a meal. If you're unsure about taking it orally,
consider trying it topically; there are a variety of hair
products, from shampoos to serums, that contain biotin.

●Next, avoid anything that stresses the hair. This includes:
>Brushing hair when wet.
> Brush it when it's towel dry/dry
with a wide-toothed comb to avoid breakage and split
ends.
>Rinsing hair with hot water. Colder water holds moisture
better.
>Dying your hair, because the process can leave hair dry
and damaged.

Awkwardness
★ Ask a guy with long hair about his experience growing it out
and he will, without a doubt, bring up the in-between
phases (yes, there's more than one). As your hair grows in,
you'll soon notice that your regular 'do is suddenly a real
don't. It won't look flattering and you'll be tempted to
hide it under a cap for the next year. Don't.
One alternative to this is to first achieve your length from
the top.  Once
you've achieved your desired length, you can let the back
and sides catch up underneath, or leave it as is for a cut
that has more versatility.

>My friend told me about this and I was skeptical at first
until I tried it myself: a product designed for the manes
and tails of horses. There are close to 250 reviews on
Amazon.com for this hair growth accelerator and the
majority of them talk about its use for humans — not
horses. Application and frequency vary (some leave it in
overnight, some apply it for a few minutes before
shampooing), so you'll want to figure out what works best
for you through trial and error. What I can say, though, is
that hair generally grows a quarter of an inch to half an
inch per month, and, in my experience, I noticed about
two-thirds of an inch of growth per month.
One thing to keep in mind is that because these products are
high in protein, you'll want to dilute the product with oils,
like castor oil or coconut oil.
